Through a data request to member cities, CHANGE has compiled a list of policies, programs, and initiatives that address one of the qualitative indicators. This database was compiled into the library below.

They are spaces where women who experience any type of violence will find advice and psychological and legal support to get out of the circle of violence, in addition to providing information and channeling on issues such as sexual and reproductive rights, Legal Interruption of Pregnancy (ILE) and economic development.
