Through a data request to member cities, CHANGE has compiled a list of policies, programs, and initiatives that address one of the qualitative indicators. This database was compiled into the library below.

The Girls Play Los Angeles (GPLA) program is focused on girls’ sports throughout the Department's under-served communities. The program strives to get and keep girls involved in sports and living a healthy lifestyle, while making friends, building self-esteem and having fun.

Domestic Violence (DV) Service Providers and the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) form DARTs to foster and promote coordinated responses to address domestic violence victims’ and their children’s needs for crisis intervention, safety and wraparound support necessary to end the violence and work towards a healthy violence free life.
